They will work closely with multiple teams to represent the sales team’s interests and needs while enhancing the organization’s partnerships.\nWhat You'll Do (Responsibilities)\nReceive and process quotes, orders, pricing, availability, shipping costs, etc.\nCommunicate with customers and process RFQs, POs, Returns, order follow-ups\nPossess detailed product knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot customers’ needs and provide adequate solutions\nCreate and build customer relationships by communicating via email and telephone\nNegotiate prices with customers for potential orders\nEffectively communicate with internal departments including Shipping & Receiving, Quality, Finance, Operations and Purchasing\nRecommend products and services that best fit customer needs\nReview and accurately enter Purchase Orders (Contracts) to ensure can comply with customer’s Terms & Conditions, Quality and Customer Specific Requirements\nBe cooperative, positive, and respectful with customers, supervisors, and co-workers\nPerformed other duties as assigned\nWhat You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school\n7-10 years of related experience of Sales related roles\nAbility to read and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures or government regulations\nAbility to write reports business correspondence and procedures\nAbility to solve practical problems and eal with a variety of concrete variables in situations\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail\nAbility to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSkilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)\nKnowledge in company basic ERP and internet browsing\nSpecial Requirements:\n U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. \nITAR requirement\n120.15.
