We proudly pursue top talent with a diverse and global set of experiences and backgrounds.\n We Are Looking For\nThe Warehouse Associate will be responsible for work orders, shipping orders and requisitions, receiving, storing, packaging and distributing aircraft parts and ground support equipment (GSE), while performing packaging, lot receiving and cycle count job functions safely, accurately, and efficiently.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications \nLoad/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks \nRead customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory \nPackage parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specifications \nMaintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications \nPull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipments \nMark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods \nValidate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer program \nWeigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards \nAssist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory \nComplete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments \nContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed \nMaintain quality service by following organization standards \nOther duties as assigned\nWhat You Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalency \n1-2 years' experience \nUS Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations \nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory\nRegular and predictable attendance required \nBasic Computer \nData Entry \nEffective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliability \nKeen attention to detail \nSpecial Requirements:\n U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. \nITAR Requirement \n120.15.
