Are you ready to LEVEL-UP THE GAME?\nThe RoleWe're looking for a curious, commercially minded Data Analyst to join FDJ UNITED's Commercial Analytics team.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys getting to the bottom of a business question and can translate complex data into clear insight that people actually use. You'll work closely with commercial and marketing functions, supporting them to understand performance, diagnose trends and identify opportunities in one of the most data-rich and exciting industries to work in.\nThe work is varied and the problems are always interesting. The best analysts here are as interested in asking the right question as they are in answering it.\nWhat You'll Do\nAnalyse commercial and marketing performance data to surface meaningful insight that supports better decisions\nWork closely with stakeholders to understand their goals, frame the right questions and deliver findings that are relevant and actionable\nDig into commercial trends to understand not just what is happening, but why, and what to do about it\nPresent findings clearly and confidently to both analytical and non-analytical audiences\nUse AI tools and modern analytics platforms to work efficiently and produce high quality output\nBring energy and ideas to an experienced, engaged team.\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nEssential\nExperience in a data analysis role, ideally in a commercial environment with high data volumes\nAnalytical curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions, not just answer the ones given to you\nGood commercial judgement and the ability to interpret data in a business context\nStrong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences\nExperience with SQL or similar data querying tools\nConfidence using AI productivity tools for analysis, research, writing and presentation, and an appetite to keep developing these skills\nAbility to work effectively with incomplete information and loosely defined problems\nA collaborative approach and the ability to build trust with stakeholders across different functions\nAdvantageous\nKnowledge of the online gambling industry, gambling products and marketing strategies\nExperience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI\nA degree in a numerate or analytical subject, though we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong analytical ability through experience\nWhy Join Us\n\nFDJ UNITED is one of the world's leading online betting and gaming operators.
