Are you ready to LEVEL-UP THE GAME?\nThe IT Continuity Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving IT service continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience activities across OBG.The role works closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, Risk, Crisis Management, and third-party providers to make sure continuity requirements are understood, plans are in place, recovery tests are completed, and identified gaps are addressed.\nThis is a delivery-focused role, with a strong emphasis on coordination, stakeholder management and follow-up. You will bring people together, clarify what needs to be done, track progress and help teams resolve issues and deliver agreed actions. You’ll work within OBG’s established continuity policy and framework, keep operational documentation up to date, and propose improvements based on what you learn in delivery.\nYou do not need to be the technical expert in every area. Instead, you should be comfortable working with technical teams, understanding their requirements and dependencies, and making sure the right activities move forward.\nWhat you’ll do\n1. IT Continuity & Disaster Recovery\nCoordinate IT service continuity and disaster recovery activities across technology teams.\nWork with teams to identify critical services, systems, dependencies and recovery requirements.\nEnsure recovery plans are in place, up to date and understood by the relevant teams.\nCoordinate disaster recovery tests, recovery exercises and failover activities.\nCapture lessons learned from tests and incidents and help drive improvements.\n2. Delivery & Coordination\nAct as a central coordination point for IT continuity and resilience activities.\nBring together technical and business stakeholders to agree on priorities, responsibilities and next steps.\nFacilitate meetings and workshops to move activities forward.\nTrack plans, dependencies, risks, blockers and actions.\nEscalate significant issues and provide clear updates on progress to management.\nPrepare regular status reports for management and relevant governance forums, covering progress, key risks, blockers and outstanding actions.\n3. Governance, Standards & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure IT continuity and resilience activities are delivered in line with OBG's policies, standards, frameworks and requirements.\nMaintain and update IT continuity plans, procedures and supporting documentation.\nIdentify gaps in existing processes, policies or frameworks and work with relevant stakeholders to agree and implement improvements.\nReview and update documentation and processes when business needs, technology, systems or requirements change.\n4. Critical Services, Dependencies & Recovery Requirements\nMaintain the register linking critical business activities to supporting applications, infrastructure and RTO/RPO targets.\nCollect updates from IT and business teams to keep this information accurate.\nEnsure the register and related recovery information are updated following organisational, business or architectural changes.\n5. Third-Party & Supplier Continuity\nWork with relevant teams to understand the continuity arrangements of critical third-party services.\nIdentify gaps between supplier commitments and internal recovery requirements.\nCoordinate follow-up actions with supplier owners, Procurement and other relevant stakeholders.\nRequired Experience & Competencies\nExperience\n8-12+ years of experience in IT governance, IT resilience, IT risk, or service management.\nProven experience implementing or managing IT continuity frameworks.\nExperience with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ITIL, or comparable frameworks.\nExperience working in regulated environments is strongly preferred.\nExperience managing cross-functional governance initiatives.\nEducation & Certifications (Preferred)\nDegree in Information Technology, Engineering, Risk, or related field.\nITIL certification (preferred).\nISO 22301 or ISO 27001 certification (preferred).\nRelevant resilience or risk management certifications are advantageous.\nWe believe talent knows no boundaries.
