Phân bổ chỉ tiêu:\nLập kế hoạch phân bổ KPI hàng tháng theo sản phẩm được giao.\nTiến hành phân tích, theo dõi hiệu suất thu hồi nợ của nhân viên theo từng sản phẩm/bucket.\nPhối hợp đơn vị nghiệp vụ chuyên môn nhằm đưa ra các dự báo về tiến độ hoàn thành chỉ tiêu.\n2. Hệ thống báo cáo, quản lý\nXây dựng hệ thống báo cáo nhằm theo dõi/phân tích năng suất thu hồi nợ, tránh tình trạng nhảy nhóm nợ.\nBáo cáo định kỳ về việc phân bổ chỉ tiêu, năng suất và các chỉ số thu hồi nợ cho cấp quản lý.\nĐề xuất các phương án nhằm cải thiện chất lượng thu hồi nợ.\n3.
