Your key responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Executive will include:

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices accurately to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Monitor vendor accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Reconcile processed transactions by reviewing system reports and account balances.
• Record and allocate expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centres.
• Verify and process employee expense claims and travel-related reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal financial controls.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Accounts Payable Executive:

• You will have experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, expense management, or a related finance function.
• You will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately analyse and reconcile financial information.
• You will have good proficiency with computer applications and finance systems, with ERP system experience being advantageous.
• You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
• You will hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with accounts payable certifications considered beneficial.
