Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of key wealth client accounts across the UK.
- Managing and executing strategic account plans to retain, grow, and upsell across your client portfolio.
- Leading quarterly business reviews with larger accounts and maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders.
- Identifying and qualifying cross-sell opportunities and maintaining an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.
- Negotiating contract renewals and managing the end-to-end renewal process on an ongoing basis.
- Providing structured feedback to internal cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and recorded in CRM.
Experience and skills
- You have five or more years of experience in an account management role, ideally within financial services or data.
- You have a track record of creating and managing strategic account plans across a portfolio of enterprise or key accounts.
- You have experience presenting and influencing credibly at all levels, including C-level stakeholders.
- You are confident using Salesforce to manage pipelines, track metrics, and record client activity.
- You have knowledge of UK Platform, Advisory, or Life and Pensions markets, enabling you to add immediate value.
