With access to FE fundinfo's industry-leading data and technology, and a collaborative team of subject-matter experts behind you, you'll be well positioned to develop your expertise and grow your professional profile in the wealth sector.\nResponsibilities\nServing as the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of key wealth client accounts across the UK.\nManaging and executing strategic account plans to retain, grow, and upsell across your client portfolio.\nLeading quarterly business reviews with larger accounts and maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders.\nIdentifying and qualifying cross-sell opportunities and maintaining an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.\nNegotiating contract renewals and managing the end-to-end renewal process on an ongoing basis.\nProviding structured feedback to internal cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and recorded in CRM.\nExperience and skills\nYou have five or more years of experience in an account management role, ideally within financial services or data.\nYou have a track record of creating and managing strategic account plans across a portfolio of enterprise or key accounts.\nYou have experience presenting and influencing credibly at all levels, including C-level stakeholders.\nYou are confident using Salesforce to manage pipelines, track metrics, and record client activity.\nYou have knowledge of UK Platform, Advisory, or Life and Pensions markets, enabling you to add immediate value.\nFE fundinfo is a leading financial data provider, connecting the investment industry across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific through an integrated platform.
