The role develops reusable AI solutions, automates model lifecycle workflows, integrates AI/ML with shared data and governance services, and supports responsible AI practices and customer enablement.\n\nResponsibilities\nBuild and deploy AI/ML capabilities using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, and Databricks to productionize models across the enterprise data platform\nImplement MLOps practices to automate model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring workflows\nDevelop reusable AI solution patterns and templates that enable predictive modeling, natural language processing, and generative AI use cases\nIntegrate AI/ML capabilities with shared data engineering, platform, and governance services to ensure scalable, reusable enterprise solutions\nImplement model monitoring, guardrails, and explainability features to ensure AI solutions comply with privacy, safety, fairness, and Trustworthy AI requirements\nSupport AI pilot initiatives, customer onboarding, and enablement by providing guidance on AI solution design, model deployment, and responsible AI practices\nCoordinate with platform engineering teams to ensure AI solutions leverage shared infrastructure and comply with enterprise governance standards\nCollaborate with engineers, data scientists, governance teams, and business stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities, support pilot implementations, and deliver production-ready AI solutions\nCollaborates with cross functional teams\nEarn the trust of your customer and teammates by delivering world class services\nBe reliable completing assigned objectives on time\nAlert your teammates and supervisor immediately when you think a deliverable is at risk\nGather intelligence and listen to what your client, other people within the customer’s organization and other contractors say about your project, and report back to your Fearless teammates and supervisor (whether it’s good, bad or just informational)\nDeliver expected outcomes relative to data that enable smarter, faster, and more informed customer decisions\nOffer and implement innovative solutions that introduce advanced analytics, machine learning, and emerging technologies for greater data accuracy and insight\nServe as a trusted advisor in your area of expertise\n\nSkills\nThis role will possess and/or develop the skills to be able to span the domains of data analysts, engineers, and scientists at a practical application level of proficiency\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related roles\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience\nAbility to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance\nProven experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments using Python and cloud-native tools\nHands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, or similar cloud AI platforms\nExperience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions using Databricks or comparable cloud-native data platforms\nExperience implementing MLOps practices, including model training pipelines, model registry, and automated deployment workflows\nDemonstrated experience with natural language processing, generative AI, or predictive modeling techniques\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional engineering, data, and business teams to translate AI/ML use cases into production-ready solutions\nAnalytical Thinking: The ability to observe and interpret information, break down complex problems into parts, identify patterns/relationships and draw logical conclusions to develop effective solutions\nSynthetic Thinking: The ability to combine different ideas, information, or concepts to create a new, complex understanding or solution by integrating disparate elements into a new, meaningful whole\nAdaptability: Comfort with change, flexibility in the face of shifting demands and resilience to setbacks\nOwnership & Accountability: Committed to taking responsibility for outcomes, ensuring that all commitments are met with a focus on enhancing service delivery\nConsultative Advising: Identifies and articulates client challenges, scopes projects and aligns recommendations to business goals and client expectations\nCommunicating with Influence: Capable of crafting and delivering clear, persuasive messages that integrate data insights and structured narratives, tailored to the strategic needs of diverse audiences to drive effective decision-making\nEnvironmental Awareness: Maintains awareness of external dynamics, power structures within client environments as well as regulatory trends and contract requirements that influence service delivery\nPractical Application: You can complete tasks in required competency/skill-based areas as requested.
