Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure our projects are brought to life.\nThis role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and time management abilities, and a passion for creative problem-solving. If you’re looking to play a key role with one of the most creative and engaging brands on the market, read on below!\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with project goals\nMaintain and update project timelines, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track\nReview project deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, providing feedback as necessary\nFacilitate consistent communication, and cross-functional collaboration\nContribute to the development and refinement of project management processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality\nIdentify gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness \nRecipe For Success:\n2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or a creative agency environment\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or a related field\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams\nBasic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or similar)\nCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nFamiliarity with the CPG industry and brand management is a plus\nA proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment\nPassion for the creator/social media space\nWhy Feastables?\nWe believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire.
