Together, we will build something truly remarkable that will resonate with customers worldwide and stand the test of time.\nAbout The Role:\nAs the Senior Commercial Program Manager at Feastables, you will own key elements of the day-to-day execution of product commercialization across the business. You will be the operational engine that keeps new products moving from concept to shelf, ensuring every SKU, innovation, renovation, and limited-time offering launches on time and at a high standard.\nThis role sits at the center of cross-functional execution - driving alignment across teams, resolving risks before they become problems, and ensuring every stakeholder has the visibility they need to move fast.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nLead end-to-end commercialization of new SKUs, renovations, LTOs, and seasonal items from project kickoff through on-time retail launch\nOwn project timelines, manage critical path tasks, and proactively flag risks and blockers to leadership\nDrive cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, R&D, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external manufacturing partners to keep all workstreams aligned\nOversee packaging execution, including domestic and international packaging development, design approvals, and regulatory compliance\nMaintain centralized project visibility so all stakeholders have a single source of truth on status, timelines, and decisions\nRecipe for Success:\n7+ years of project management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or a high-growth consumer brand\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment\nStrong cross-functional communicator - comfortable working with both creative and operational teams and senior leadership\nExtreme ownership mentality - you don’t wait for someone else to fix a problem\nDetail-oriented with a bias for action; you keep things moving without losing accuracy\nExperience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar)\nPackaging or supply chain experience is a plus\nWhy Feastables?\nWe believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire. When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills.
