We are now rapidly expanding with the success of our online store, our flagship location at Wynn Las Vegas, our original store in Chinatown, our Calabasas, CA, Scottsdale, AZ,, and our newest location in San Diego, CA.\nPosition Summary\nThe Retail Associate plays an important role in delivering an elevated customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the store. This position is responsible for building customer relationships, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is organized and ready for customers.\nRetail Associates also assist with merchandise receiving, inventory organization, visual presentation, point-of-sale transactions, and other tasks that support the store team.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales & Customer Experience\nProvide attentive, knowledgeable service and create a welcoming environment for every customer.\nEngage customers, identify their needs, and recommend products that support their preferences.\nDevelop and maintain knowledge of FEATURE products, brands, fit, and current trends.\nWork toward individual sales and productivity goals established with store management.\nBuild customer relationships through appropriate follow-up by phone, email, or other company-approved methods.\nAddress customer questions and concerns and involve management when additional assistance is needed.\nSupport a collaborative, customer-focused environment.\nStore Operations & Presentation\nAssist with opening and closing tasks as assigned, following store procedures and management direction.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and cash wrap.\nReplenish shopping bags, receipt paper, labels, and other supplies as needed.\nStraighten and organize footwear, apparel, and accessories throughout the day.\nAssist with steaming apparel and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.\nSupport visual merchandising standards, markdowns, and product placement.\nFollow store procedures for equipment, devices, reports, and end-of-day tasks.\nInventory & Shipments\nReceive, process, and organize incoming merchandise accurately and in a timely manner.\nStock merchandise and maintain organized inventory on the sales floor and in the stockroom.\nPull and prepare merchandise for online orders, sweepstakes orders, transfers, and other outbound shipments as assigned.\nAssist with inventory counts, locating merchandise, and investigating discrepancies.\nFollow company loss prevention procedures to help safeguard merchandise and other company assets.\nPoint of Sale & Technology\nAccurately process sales, returns, exchanges, and other transactions in accordance with company procedures.\nOperate the point-of-sale system, email, and other store systems and equipment.\nFollow cash handling and transaction procedures.\nReport system issues, discrepancies, or other concerns to management.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow company safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping exits, walkways, and work areas clear.\nUse ladders, equipment, and tools safely and promptly report hazards, injuries, or incidents to management.\nComplete required safety and other workplace training.\nFollow company timekeeping and meal and rest break procedures, and notify management of any missed or interrupted breaks or timekeeping concerns.\nOther Duties\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned to support store operations and business needs.\nQualifications\nAt least two years of sales, retail, or customer service experience.\nA sales-driven, goal-oriented approach and a commitment to excellent customer service.\nAbility to initiate conversations with customers and identify their shopping needs.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to learn and use point-of-sale systems, email, and other store technology.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nThe physical requirements below are representative of those needed to perform the essential functions of the position:\nFrequently move throughout the store and stockroom and remain standing or walking for extended periods.\nRegularly reach, bend, kneel, and handle merchandise, supplies, and equipment.\nLift, carry, or otherwise move merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance available when needed.\nUse ladders and stairs as needed to access merchandise and complete assigned tasks.\nOperate a point-of-sale system, computer, and other standard retail equipment.\nSchedule & Availability\nSchedules may vary based on business needs and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. FEATURE operates seven days a week, and team members are expected to maintain availability consistent with their assigned schedule and the needs of the store.\nAvailability preferences will be considered when scheduling permits. Team members should communicate changes to their availability to management promptly.
