I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area.Responsibilities\nSummary The Treasury/Financial Coordinator is responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly cash/banking activities for both the receipt and disbursement of funds, including the related financial reconciliation/reporting requirements. All responsibilities must meet strict deadlines and accuracy. Tasks and responsibilities\nProcess funds received through various systems, and assist Accounts Receivable staff with investigations as required;\nIn conjunction with Accounts Payable staff, manage cheque processing, EFTs, wires, and foreign exchange contracts; and assist with investigations as required.\nAssist with accounting procedures, including but not limited to reconciliations, accruals, and account analysis;\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nCollege/University Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education;\n3 years of relevant accounting experience;\nExperience on AS/400 system (an asset);\nStrong Knowledge of Excel and Word;\nBilingualism (English and French).
