Bar/C-Store\nLegacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time C-Store Supervisor for our Palliser Gas Bar C Store in Yorkton, SK.\nWhat you’ll do: Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here.\" This will be accomplished by:\nSupervising and delegating employees’ workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.\nCompleting reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process.\nProviding ongoing and frequent communication and coaching.\nOnboarding and training new staff.\nDemonstrating leadership in the operation of cash registers, and fuel pumps.\nAssisting with interviews as needed.\nGeneral Gas Bar duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operate POS system, dispensing fuel.\n\nWho you are: You are interested in a career in customer service and:\nConsidered an asset to have prior supervisory experience (not mandate) \nYou have above average communication skills and computer skills\nYou have retail experience in the areas of customer service and merchandising\nConsidered an asset to have knowledge of Gas Bar operations\nWilling to actively learn and expand knowledge of Gas Bar Operations \nYou’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do\nYou are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends\nYou believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives\nYou
