This position would not only provide daily customer service within the Pharmacy but also support clientele with Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) services. Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager.\nWhat you’ll do:\nProvide friendly, professional service and create a welcoming experience for every customer.\n\nAssist customers with locating products, answering general inquiries and directing pharmacy-related questions to the Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician as appropriate.\n\nAssisting customers with selecting appropriate compression stockings, braces, supports and other home health care products based on their needs and healthcare provider recommendations.\n\nTake accurate measurements to ensure proper sizing and fitting of medical support products.\n\nDemonstrate how to properly put on, remove, adjust and care for medical support products and educate customers on product features, benefits and proper use.\n\nOperate the Point-of-Sale system to process customer transactions and assist with administrative duties.\n\nOrder, receive, stock and merchandise pharmacy products while ensuring shelves are well-organized, clean and fully stocked.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory levels by assisting with ordering, receiving, rotating and monitoring products.\n\nSupport daily pharmacy operations, including maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workspace.\n\nHandle customer and pharmacy information with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.\n\nFollow all pharmacy procedures, regulations and privacy standards to ensure compliance and customer trust.\n\nBe familiar with and follow all Cornerstone safety and asset protection procedures.\n\nDemonstrate behaviours that align with and strengthen the Co-operative’s vision, mission, values and focus on safety.\n\nWhy it matters:\nWe need you to lead outstanding Co-op experiences.\nWho you are:\nYou have Grade 12 education or equivalent retail and/or customer service experience.\n\nYou have experience with home health care products, including, but not limited to, compression stockings, braces and supports, or are willing to complete training.\n\nYou are friendly, customer-focused, and enjoy helping others while providing compassionate and professional service.\n\nYou have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can provide a satisfactory 5-year standard driver’s abstract.\n\nYou are approachable, friendly and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.\n\nYou can stand for extended periods, and can lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.\n\nYou understand the importance of confidentiality and can be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion.\n\nYou’re action oriented, dependable and can work independently and with a team.\n\nYou have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.\n\nWho we are:\nHere at Cornerstone, we provide meaningful and rewarding careers with the ability to learn and advance.
