We offer steam time, overtime at double-time, and a rural commuting allowance for those who will be traveling 20+ km to our plant.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnsure the safe and efficient operations of plant equipment and systems to ensure product is meeting established standards. \nPerform quality assurance tests on the product using testing instruments and making necessary corrective adjustments based on results. \nPerform equipment checks and minor maintenance as required. If an issue is identified, you will make the necessary machinery and equipment adjustments and implement the proper response. \nYou will ensure all water testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. \nHave relevant industrial experience.\nHave a 3rd or 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate.\nHave reliable transportation to drive to our plant near Belle Plaine for scheduled shifts.\nAre willing to comply with a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.\nWho you’ll work with:\nThe Team: You will work closely with other Process Operators and will report to the Production Manager on a team that strives for a culture of collaboration, trust, and safe and reliable operations.\nWhy it matters:\nWe help grow Western Canadian communities through our commitment to purchase local grain and starch inputs to produce ethanol and dried distillers grain (DDG).
