Please note this position may require working evenings, weekends and Stat holidays.\nWhat you’ll do:\nExecute on day-to-day activities with the Supply Chain Support Centre to best support Retails within the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). \nField inquiries from Retail locations and internal stakeholders via various communication channels. \nReceive multiple types of Retail orders and prepare and process the orders. \nAssist Retails with ordering processes, technology, and tools.\nLiaise between Retail and internal departments to follow up on inventory, pack changes, discrepancies, and all other types of inquiries. \nComplete general administrative duties and assist with data entry as required. \nProvide backup services to Transportation, Distribution Centres, and management as required.\nWho you’ll work with:\nThe Team: You will work closely with other Supply Chain Support Associates and will have 2 direct reports.
