If this opportunity aligns with your skills and experience, we encourage you to apply today.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupports complex POS and Retail IT projects by translating business requirements into technical solutions, overseeing implementation and testing, aligning technology with business processes, and providing guidance to junior team members throughout project delivery and retail rollouts.\n\nSupports complex POS and Retail IT projects by translating business requirements into technical solutions, overseeing implementation, testing, and retail rollouts while ensuring alignment with business processes and project objectives.\n\nContributes to the POS roadmap, provides technical guidance to junior team members, and helps deliver technology initiatives that enhance retail operations across FCL and the CRS.\n\nExecutes POS testing and solution validation activities, provides advanced technical support to team members and vendors, and ensures the successful delivery, certification, and support of retail technology solutions.\n\nProvides technical expertise and support for integrated retail solutions that interact with POS systems, while coaching and mentoring junior team members through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.\n\nWho you’ll work with:\nThe Team: You will work closely with System Analyst team members, will report into the Manager, Ag and Home POS.This team fosters a collaborative, close-knit culture built on trust, camaraderie, and shared accountability, while delivering solutions through strong communication and teamwork.\nThe Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Technology business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as In Store Solutions team and Home and Building Solutions team and Local Co-ops.\nWhy it matters:\nWe help local Co-ops grow and thrive by offering a range of professional services, including marketing, market research, information technology, human resources, accounting, risk management and business development.\nWho you are:\nYou are looking for a career inInformation Technology and:\nHave 3-6 years of relevant experience with multiple Point-of-Sale software and hardware, including Point-of-Sale related solutions experience. \nHave a Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
