Take your career to the next level by joining our team as an Agency Marketer!\nWe are seeking a driven individual to assist our sales representatives in placing and managing insurance exposures with brokers and carriers. This role not only requires technical expertise but also thrives on excellent communication and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Join our team and become part of a customer-focused organization that values expertise, adaptability, and teamwork.\nResponsibilities:\nCollect, evaluate, and submit insurance exposures for new business, renewal business, and specialty lines.\nCollaborate and negotiate terms and pricing with underwriters and brokers.\nCommunicate effectively with sales representatives and clients on policy and coverage concerns, such as losses, premiums, claims, and audits.\nMaintain accurate data in the management system and prepare required reports.\nService accounts by handling renewals, policy changes, claims, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, and other related tasks.\nProvide expertise and serve as a resource for coverage, commissions, payment plans, and other agency operations.\nObtain and maintain necessary licenses for performance in this role.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service.\nA minimum of 2 years of insurance experience (preferred).\nProperty and Casualty insurance license required.\nStrong negotiation skills with numerical aptitude.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nAbility to prioritize multitasking in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, with strong customer focus and decision-making abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to retain confidential information and quickly recall important details.\nThis position is based out of our Weizenegger-Engel Insurance office, located at 15616 Edgewood Dr N, Baxter, MN 56425. This office operates as a service location of Federated Insurance.The pay range is $70,200 - $85,800 per year.
