Our top priority in recruitment and development of our next generation is to ensure we align ourselves with truly exceptional people who share these values.\nWhat Will You Do?\nAs a Physical Services Supervisor, you will lead a team of custodial and maintenance professionals to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and guests. You will serve as a technical resource, set quality standards, and build strong relationships across the organization to support every department's needs.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise Physical Services staff, including hiring, managing performance, and fostering positive employee relations\nTrain, coach, and provide feedback on quality and technical job requirements\nDevelop and communicate internal cleaning and maintenance standards\nServe as the liaison for custodial and maintenance vendors\nOrder supplies and equipment\nPlan coverage areas, assign project work, and coordinate coverage during employee absences\nBuild relationships with leaders across departments to identify needs and highlight the team's contributions\nPrepare and present topics at Physical Services leadership and department meetings\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED\nMinimum of two years of experience in custodial and/or maintenance roles\nMinimum of two years of supervisory or lead experience preferred\nValid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software\nKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, their applications, and related processes\nAbility to use hand and powered maintenance tools and equipment\nStrong communication, teamwork, and customer focus skills\nAbility to work indoors and outdoors, lift a minimum of 75 pounds, and push or pull items up to 500 pounds\nFlexibility to adjust schedule as needed, with occasional monthly or quarterly travel\nThe pay range is $63,800 - $78,000 per year.
