You’ll work on problems that matter, building software that fundamentally changes how insurance operates.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDesign, develop, modify, and test software applications or systems for various products and services.\nGain a deep understanding of the product area, codebase, and systems.\nApply strong skills in data analysis, programming, and software engineering.\nWrite high-quality, well-tested code using modern frameworks and tools.\nSolve complex problems by analyzing data and evaluating key factors.\nUse sound judgment to select appropriate methods and techniques for problem-solving.\nWork independently, using available resources to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines.\nMaster internal development standards to handle increasingly complex tasks and projects.\nMentor junior developers and help improve their skills.\nCollaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver engaging user-facing products.\nEnsure products meet customer needs by working with empathy and attention to detail.\nWho We Hope You Are:\n6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.\n5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript and Node.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nFamiliar with event-driven architectures and platforms like Kafka.\nPassionate about engineering with a focus on impact.\nVersatile across internal and client software systems.\nQuick to learn and adapt to new technologies.\nExperienced in conducting design and code reviews.\n$170,000 - $210,000 a year\nFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.
