You’ll work on problems that matter, building software that fundamentally changes how insurance operates.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead aligned program teams to efficiently deliver successful customer implementations on time with quality\nDevelop and own and leverage project plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders\nDefine and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables\nPartner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases testing, implementation, and post implementation phases\nDrive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation\nProactively identify and communicate product improvements to product engineering leaders and stakeholders\nWho We Hope You Are:\nB.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience\n6+ years of technical product/program management experience\nExperience owning SaaS implementation or delivery\nKnowledge and extensive discovery experience of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.\nExceptional project management skills, while leading SaaS implementation projects with B2B customers\nExperience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership\nCommunication experience and previous successes in defining processes\nOrganizational coordination experience and experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners\nAnalytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems and processes\n$175,000 - $200,000 a year\nFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
