Monitor and analyze proposed legislation, regulations and policy trends at the state and federal levels\n2. Develop and maintain relationships with key government officials, agencies and industry associations\n3. Coordinate and support interactions and events with federal, state and local officials\n4. Develop and implement strategies to influence public policy in alignment with corporate goals\n5. Prepare position papers, reports, presentations and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders\n6. Represent the company at public hearings, legislative sessions, and industry forums\n7. Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and operational teams to assess the impact of proposed policies\n8. Track and report on legislative developments and provide timely updates to leadership\n9. Ensure compliance with lobbying disclosure and ethics regulations\n10. Assist with PAC administration and employee solicitation efforts\n11. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures\n12.
