Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on data center mechanical and HVAC systems\n2. Monitor and maintain environmental conditions critical to data center performance, including temperature, humidity, airflow, and pressure differentials\n3. Diagnose and resolve HVAC and mechanical failures with urgency and precision to prevent IT impact or equipment degradation\n4. Support 24x7 data center operations, including emergency response, after-hours call-out, and participation in on-call rotations\n5. Conduct regular mechanical space and data hall walkthroughs to identify potential issues, leaks, abnormal noise, vibration, airflow concerns, or control anomalies\n6. Work closely with Sr Electricians, Electrical Engineers, Facilities Managers, and Data Center Operations teams to ensure tight coordination between mechanical and electrical systems in a high-availability environment\n7. Serve as an escalation point for complex HVAC and mechanical issues impacting data center environments\n8. Oversee and coordinate vendor and contractor HVAC work to ensure compliance with site standards, safety rules, and operational requirements\n9. Monitor and respond to alarms and trends through Building Management Systems (BMS) and related monitoring platforms\n10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and corrective actions using enterprise work order systems such as Maximo or equivalent\n11. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.\n12.
