Leads complex assessments and mentors junior staff. Acts as a strategic partner to Finance and IT leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks impacting financial reporting and ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nLeads control testing and risk assessments.\nActs as a liaison between IT, Finance, and Audit teams. Supports the manager in strategic initiatives.\nPerform advanced ITGC testing and documentation.\nIdentify control gaps and recommend solutions.\nLead walkthroughs and audit preparations.\nMentor junior analysts.\nComply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMINIMUM EDUCATION\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, or related field.\nRelated experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.\nMINIMUM EXPERIENCE\nFive (5) years of experience in IT audit, risk, or compliance.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nStrong knowledge of SOX and IT risk frameworks.\nExcellent analytical and documentation skills.\nAbility to lead projects and influence stakeholders.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nEST FedEx Freight, IncFedEx Freight is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
