Yes, the journey can be challenging, yet we are supported and empowered to perform, we are trusted to be accountable and responsible for our decisions. \nThe impact you’ll have:\nYou will contribute to manage the procurement of raw materials of the category for the Business Unit, being involved in the commodity strategy definition with a specific focus in the sourcing execution.\nYou will foster long-term partnerships with your assigned suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews and negotiations, price lists and quality management.\nYou will maintain effective relationships and communication with internal key stakeholders, such as Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Finance.\nYou will prepare and conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager.\nYou will prepare and analyze performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings.\nYou will conduct comparative analysis about supplier’s capabilities and cost drivers to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for the raw material category.\nYou will support the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets.\nWhat you’ll bring to the team:\nDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nOne year’s experience in a similar role.\nPassion and interest for the Procurement area.\nNegotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills.\nEntrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills.\nDrive and initiative, high energy and ability to adapt to changing environments.\nEagerness to work in a team and to cooperate across departments in an international environment.\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\nFluency in Italian and English.\nWhat you can expect from our selection process:\nInterview with the Talent Acquisition, the Global Commodity Manager & the Procurement Business Unit Director.\nBased in: Italy, Verona\nReady to start your exciting new journey with us?
