Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.\nAt Fedrigoni you will discover extraordinary* every day.\nAbout the job\nThe role designed for you\nIn the role of Coating Planner, you will report to the Coating Planning Manager Roll EU, and you will have the chance to acquire specific and hands-on knowledge on manufacturing and supply chain processes.\nYou will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams like Order Fulfilment, Production, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Commercial for daily activities in a challenging and international environment, as well as getting exposure to the Plants Directors and Operation Director for discussion of key results of the activities.\nYou will plan the coating machines with the aim of ensuring the right availability in line with the planning policies and the expected service level for our internal and external clients\nYou will collaborate constantly with Operational Buyers to ensure a schedule aligned with the availability of the raw material\nYou will guarantee stock at the target level, in line with the company policies, interacting constantly with internal functions in order to guarantee the respect of that level\nYou will identify and analyse the possible production constraints and potential capacity improvement in order to meet the medium-long term demand\nYou will monitor and implement performance KPIs in line with company standards\nYou will interact with Order Fulfilment team, Sales and Customer Service for the order confirmation with a customer centric approach\nThe attitudes and skills we’re looking for:\nYou hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering or related\nYou demonstrate 2 years of experience in similar sector would be considered a plus\nYou own strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities\nYou show strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with the different functions\nYou have proactivity, drive, communication skills, ability to influence, high level of energy and sense of responsibility\nYou are able to manage stress and workloads\nYou know IT tools (e.g. Excel)\nYou have a result orientation, pragmatism, and customer-centric approach\nYou are proficient in Italian and English.
