Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.\nDiscover extraordinary* every day.\nThe role designed for you:\nAs our Customer Service Executive Benelux, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting our sales operations across the Benelux region.\nYou will act as the primary internal point of contact for an assigned customer base, handling enquiries, quotations, sampling requests, order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing and other customer service activities.\nWorking closely with Sales and collaborating with Logistics, Transport, Production, Finance, Marketing and the Fedrigoni France organization, you will ensure effective order management and a seamless service throughout the customer journey.\nIn particular, you will be responsible for:\nManaging the day-to-day needs of Benelux customers, including enquiries, quotations, sampling, order processing, delivery updates, invoicing and issue resolution;\nBuilding strong relationships with customers and key internal and external stakeholders;\nWorking closely with Sales to support commercial activities and contribute to business and service objectives;\nCoordinating with Logistics teams and transport providers to ensure reliable deliveries and proactively manage potential delays or service disruptions;\nKeeping customers informed through timely, clear and professional communication;\nCollaborating with Production, Technical, IT, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience;\nWorking closely with Fedrigoni France on financial administration activities, including payment collection and reminders, as well as marketing initiatives and promotional materials;\nEnsuring an effective flow of information with the relevant teams in France to maintain a high level of service for Benelux customers;\nPreparing and processing sales documentation, pricing and agreements accurately and in line with company policies;\nMaintaining accurate customer and order information within the company’s operating systems;\nManaging customer complaints and coordinating the appropriate internal teams until resolution;\nIdentifying opportunities to improve customer service processes, internal coordination and ways of working.\nThe attitudes and skills we’re looking for:\nPrevious experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management roles;\nExperience in an international, industrial or manufacturing environment would be considered a plus;\nCustomer-oriented mindset and commitment to service excellence;\nStrong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills;\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;\nProactive, flexible and collaborative approach;\nAccuracy and attention to detail;\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools;\nFluent English is a must, good knowledge of French is highly desirable;\nDutch would be considered a plus.\nWhat you can expect from our selection process:\nInterview with Talent Acquisition, the Hiring Manager and the relevant business stakeholders.\nBased in: Verona - Hybrid.\nReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
