Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. \nDiscover extraordinary* every day.\nThe role designed for you\nReporting to the Group Head of Treasury & Risk and based in Milan, the Group Credit & Risk Reporting Analyst will focus on reporting and analytics activities for credit and risk management within the Paper and Self-Adhesives Business Units.\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\nDeliver accurate, timely, and insightful reports on credit risk exposures and other key risk metrics across the organization. \nAnalyze data and produce high-quality reports. Support the risk governance framework by providing data-driven insights for risk committee meetings and decision-making forums.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards. \nThe role plays a critical part in enhancing transparency, driving informed decision-making, and supporting risk mitigation efforts to strengthen the organization's overall financial health.\nSupport regulatory submissions related to credit risk and capital adequacy.\nAct as a liaison between reporting teams and risk management to align objectives and priorities.\nWork closely with credit risk, finance, and business units to gather input, address queries, and deliver comprehensive reports. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all risk-related reporting.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks and tools: identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, including automation, data quality improvement, and reporting efficiency.\nWho We Are Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. \n4/5y experience in a similar role within insurance, financial services, or a related industry.\nStrong knowledge of credit risk management, reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements. \nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.\nExperience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data extraction and analysis is highly desirable.\nProactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nA team player, able to foster relationships across functions\nStrong commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.\nFluency in English and Italian.\n4.
