Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.\nDiscover extraordinary* every day.\nDirectly reporting to the Group IT Security Manager, the candidate will join the global IT Security function, leading and coordinating Cyber Security (IT and OT) initiatives across the entire Group.\nYour responsibilities include:\nSupport the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program.\nDrive high priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring the proper coordination with the IT team, other organizational functions and suppliers.\nDesign and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments.\nAssess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks.\nCreate and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators.\nCollaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure security by design in new projects.\nEffectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.\nFoster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization.\nDevelop and maintain policies and procedures.\nWho are we looking for:\nMaster/Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Security or Engineering.\n+4 years of prior relevant experience in the Cyber Security field gained working in international environments or consulting firms.\nExcellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nExperience with security by design methodologies, security architectures and solutions as well as security on Cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS).\nExperience with security frameworks, such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and risk management.\nFamiliarity with security tools and technologies, such as NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti-SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM.\nEnthusiasm for staying up to date with the very latest Cyber Security trends and best practices.\nRelevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) would be a plus.\nFluent in Italian and English.\nWhat you can expect from our selection process\nThe selected profiles will meet the Group IT Security Manager, Group Head of IT Infrastructure & Security and Human Resources.\nLocation: Verona\nReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
