In this role, you will report to the Coating Planning Manager (Roll EU) and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply chain processes.\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Order Fulfilment, Production, Quality, IT, and Commercial, contributing to daily operations and performance monitoring. The role also offers exposure to Plant Directors and the Operations Director.\nKey responsibilities\nMonitor and manage stock levels to ensure alignment with company targets and policies;\nSupport the definition of optimal stock levels, balancing service level and working capital;\nCollaborate with internal teams to maintain stock targets and ensure operational continuity;\nAnalyse production constraints and identify opportunities for capacity improvement;\nMonitor and update KPIs in line with company standards;\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Coating Planning team.\nWhat we are looking for\nDegree in Engineering or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s);\nExperience in a similar role is a plus;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams;\nProactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn;\nAbility to manage workload and work under pressure;\nGood knowledge of Excel and IT tools;\nResults-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and customer-focused approach;\nFluent in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).\nSelection process\nInterview with the HR team and the Coating Planning Manager (Roll EU)\nLocation\nSassoferrato (AN), Italia\nReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
