Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.\nDiscover Extraordinary* Every Day.\nMission and key priorities of the role:\nYou will join the Supply Chain team to support all the stages of planning: fromsupporting ordermanagementtothe deliveryto the final customer, passing throughproduction planning.\nYou will be playing a pivotal role inensuringright service to our customersand, at the same time,production facilities efficiency;coordinating key activities and processeswhich involveand connectdifferent functions,such as mill planning, customer service,salesand marketing.\nYou willgrantsupport in executing planningimprovementprojects, partneringwithsales-marketing-customer service- logisticteams across Europe, gradually taking direct lead ofspecificprojects sub streamsor activities.\nYou will reporttotheFSP Production Planning manager.\nYour responsibilities include:\nManage customer ordersbyconfirmingdelivery times.\n\nGenerate balanced production plansto meetservice, productionefficiencyandfinishedproductsstock covertargets,whilecomplyingtodefinedplanning rulesand standards.\n\nCoordinateand manage key stakeholders, such as sales,marketing,R&D,to(but not limited to):address urgencies,supportnew productlaunches,update production planto mitigate/fixshort termproduct availabilityissues,etc.\n\nManagethe keyrelations withmillproductionschedulingdepartments, grantingefficiency andreactiveness.\n\nSupport S&OP leadand Planningprocess&toolManagersin executing planning improvements projects,such as:review ofEuropean subsidiaries stock policies, upgrade MRP functionalities,manage slow movers/redundant stock, adopt new planning strategies,etc.;coordinating activities withother functions and stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, logistic, customer service.\n\nAdopta continuous improvement approachand mindset, aimed atidentifyingwastes and inefficiencies andfixthem at roots.\n\nWho are we looking for:\nSomeonepassionateand interested in working in Supply Chain, with an analytical mindset and crazily precise when it comes toprocessplanningdata and information.\n\nPreviousroles in Planning/Logistics, ideally withexperiencewith structured planning platforms/systems.\n\nStrong understanding of production planning, inventory management, MRPprinciples.\n\nSomeone who strivesfor generatingimprovements in what she/he manages/handles, addressing the roots of problems and wastes.\n\nFluency in Italian and English.\n\nBased in: Verona hq\nSelection process:\nThe selection process includes interviews with Operations Global HRBP, PlanningManagerand Global Head ofPlanning.\nReady to start your exciting new journey with us?
