Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.\nDiscover Extraordinary* Every Day.\nMission and key priorities of the role:\nYou will join the Supply ChainPlanningteam to supportthe key activity ofstrategiccapacityplanning.In particular, you will:\nDevelop high-level production capacity plans to support the monthly S&OP process, ensuringoptimalalignment between demand requirements and production capabilities, whileidentifyingpotential capacity constraints, risks, and improvement opportunities.\n\nManage the capacity allocation process, including the monthly detailed capacity review and weekly adjustments, ensuring effective execution of the S&OP and S&OE / tactical planning cycles.\n\nAnalyze and improve production planning processes by developing a deep understanding of production campaigns, machine-product allocation, production capacities, and target stock coverage levels.\n\nLead S&OP-related meetings, preparing data analysis and presentations, and driving cross-functional actions tooptimizeinventory levels (e.g., slow movers, stock lots, phase-out products) in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders.\n\nPrepare and lead the S&OP Supply Review, ensuring effective decision-making and alignment across functions.\n\nSupport strategic and tactical production initiatives and operational improvement projects aimed at enhancing supply chain performance.\n\nCollaborate with the S&OP and Demand Planning teams to develop and deploy new forecasting models and improve demand planning capabilities.\n\nPromote a continuous improvement culture byidentifyinginefficiencies,eliminatingwaste, and addressing root causes to drive sustainable process improvements.\n\nWho are we looking for:\nYou have5years’ experience in Supply Chain.\n\nYou have a background in Production Planning, including at least 2-3 years in complex manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on capacity planning optimization.\n\nYou are familiarwithstructured planning systems and platforms.\n\nYou have a strong understanding of planning, inventory management, MRP principles, S&OPprocess, MTO vs MTS planning approaches.\n\nYou have ananalyticalmindsetandyou arecrazily precise when it comes to process planning data and information.\n\nYou strivefor generating improvements in whatyou handle, addressing the roots of problems and wastes;preference: lean six sigma certifications\n\nYouhave the ambition togive a fundamental contributionin designing andexecuting our newcourse ofplanningprocess and system,eager tobring in what is available out, including adoption of automation and AI\n\nYou are fluent in Italian and English.\n\nWhatyou canexpect from theSelection process:\nThe selection process includes interviews withTalentAcquisitionteam,OperationsGlobal HRBP and Global Head of Planning.\nBasedin:Verona(hq)\nReady to start your new exciting journey with us?
