Strong multitasking abilities, basic systems knowledge, and a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction are essential to this role.\nCOMPENSATION: $18.00 - $23.00 Hourly\nRequirements\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nOrder Processing:\nReceive and review customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms. \nAccurately input orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct. \nVerify inventory levels and notify customers of stock availability or delays. \nAssist kitchen staff with movement of food including timely rotation, thawing, staging, and processing of food production materials. \nAssist with physical inventory of products. \nCommunication and Coordination:\nWork together with the allocations, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. \nProvide customers with updates on order status, including shipment tracking details. \nAddress customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly. \nDocumentation and Reporting:\nMaintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and correspondence. \nGenerate order reports and provide insights to management as required. \nCompliance and Quality Assurance:\nEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standards during order processing. \nConduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. \nAssist management with additional tasks as necessary. \nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (required). \nPrevious experience in order management, customer service, or related roles (preferred). \nProficiency with order processing systems such as Radio Frequency Scanners (RF Scanners) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). \nSkilled in operating and maintaining electric rider and rider pallet jack. \nKnowledge and understanding of food safety regulations and OSHA standards. \nStrong organizational and time-management skills. \nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy. \nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. \nAbility to maintain a pleasant and calm demeanor under pressure. \nExcellent organizational skills, with attention to detail. \nAbility to speak clearly and communicate effectively using various communication mediums: e-mail, written correspondence, phones, etc. \nWorking knowledge of MS Suite; Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint \nPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS\nHours of Operation: Organization hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., this position may work additional hours occasionally throughout the year, especially during peak times such as holiday seasons, and disaster response. \nEnvironment: This position works in a warehouse setting with varying periods of standing, talking, and/or visual concentration, and use of office equipment. Must maintain office safety standards. Occasional work will occur in the warehouse or outside in fields and warehouses in inclement weather.
