We are seeking a versatile, organized, and proactive Marketing Operations Intern to join the backbone of our marketing engine. In this role, you will gain hands-on, end-to-end exposure to how a modern B2B tech marketing organization functions-from software administration and data hygiene to budget tracking and reporting. If you love solving operational puzzles, organizing processes, and working with data, this internship offers an exceptional launchpad for your career.
What You’ll Do
- Tech Stack & Process Support: Assist with managing software user permissions, troubleshooting basic platform issues, and building out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep documentation current.
- Data & Database Management: Maintain marketing database hygiene through contact deduplication, list segmentation, data cleanup, and proper tagging.
- Reporting & Automation: Help construct marketing dashboards and build or troubleshoot basic automated workflows.
- Financial Operations: Track team expenditures, log vendor invoices, and reconcile monthly spending against campaign budgets to ensure accurate records.
What You Bring
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and standard data formulas.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to handling data, documentation, and processes.
- Tool Familiarity: Strong interest in B2B marketing technology (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong). Relevant certifications are a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:
You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team!
