Join Us!\nYou: \nWe’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our regional partner ecosystem in EMEA, with a strong focus on Global System Integrators (GSIs), OEMs, Acquirers, Payment Processors, Hyperscalers, and potential Complementary Solution Partners. This role will drive partner strategy, revenue growth, and joint go-to-market execution across EMEA. \nYou’ll be responsible for developing and scaling transformational partnerships that embed Feedzai’s solutions into digital transformation platforms, collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and customer success. \nYour Day to Day: \nStrategic Leadership & Partner Development\nExecute a comprehensive partner strategy for EMEA aligned with global objectives.\nOwn sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions across GSIs, OEMs, Acquirers, Payment Processors, Hyperscalers, and ISVs.\nBuild and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners.\nLead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs tailored to regional needs.\nRevenue & Growth Execution\nDrive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue growth across key verticals.\nDevelop joint action plans with partners focused on pipeline generation and deal acceleration.\nExpand existing alliances and activate new relationships to expand Feedzai’s footprint in EMEA. \nOperational Excellence\nManage partner governance, reporting, and performance metrics using BI tools and PRM systems.\nAnalyze partner KPIs including activation, contribution to pipeline, and partner NPS.\nSupport marketing initiatives including joint campaigns, webinars, and Feedzai’s executive summit.\nYou Have & You Know-how: \n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Or equivalent experience \n5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.\nProven track record of developing and executing successful global partner strategies.\nExperience working with diverse partner types, including System Integrators, Referral, OEMs, Resellers, and Technology.\nAgile leader who is able to navigate in an entrepreneurial environment, and scale up fintech organisations \nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to think strategically and execute methodically.\nFamiliarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies.\nKnowledge of the banking and financial institutions industry\nWillingness to travel globally as needed.\nFluent in English\nGermany language skills required \n\nYour First 30-Days at Feedzai:\nYou will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager.
