We collaborate with a large team of planning and engineering professionals passionate about improving communities and contributing to driving innovation in the transportation consulting industry. Our work is deadline-driven and detail-oriented, but it’s also always a team effort: we solve problems together, share what we learn, and help each other get strong proposals out the door.\nIn this role, you’ll coordinate proposals and other marketing pursuits from initial planning through final submission. You’ll work closely with project managers, principals, marketing colleagues, and teaming partners to organize pursuit schedules and requirements, develop and edit content, and produce polished, compelling materials. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through, manages competing deadlines, and cares about both accuracy and presentation.\nYou'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from fellow marketing professionals within our company and take on greater responsibility as your experience grows. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, a commitment to quality, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating compelling content this role will be a great fit.\nResponsibilities\nProvide support with researching, monitoring, and tracking potential project opportunities and strategic pursuits, helping maintain visibility into upcoming RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement opportunities.\nContribute to the coordination of marketing efforts from pre-RFP release to time of submittal (i.e., proposals, interview preparation, pre-bids, resume updates, qualification development, and weekly meetings about business pursuits)\nCollaborate with project managers, senior management, and other business services staff to plan, coordinate, and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations, and meet relevant deadlines\nTake ownership of the proposal process and commit to ensuring proposals comply with the applicable RFP/RFQ submission instructions and requirements\nCoordinate the receipt of necessary information from internal clients, external consultants, and other team members to include in proposal and presentation materials \nContribute to content development (writing, editing, proofreading) for qualifications, proposals, and presentations \nUse our company’s brand style guide and design resources to create attractive and effective graphics and documents for marketing pursuits that compete well with others\nEmbrace opportunities to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and ways of working that enhance day-to-day work, while maintaining professional judgment, critical thinking, and accountability for results\nQualifications\n2-5+ years of experience in proposal and marketing coordination\nEffective writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skills \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality \nStrong work ethic and commitment to excellence \nProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat\nEagerness to learn and develop skills in graphic design, writing, and template management\nExperience with Deltek VantagePoint or other ERP preferred, but not required\nExperience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred, but not required\nOpenness to exploring and responsibly using new technologies and tools, while maintaining critical thinking and professional judgment\nWillingness to learn and apply AI-assisted tools\nExperience within the AEC industry is preferred, but not required \nPlease include a portfolio demonstrating your document design capabilities as a link or attachment with your application.
