You will leave your technical mark, establish clean root-cause analyses, and elevate our 12-person technician team to the next level.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead complex component-level fault diagnostics on our refrigeration units and coffee machines as the final escalation point\nDecide precisely between device faults, configuration errors, or telemetry issues through profound triage and a deep understanding of refrigeration cycles\nTake charge of technical documentation (risk assessment, circuit diagrams, NEV/EMV compliance) for our internal CAREL integration and POS system\nInspect new and repaired units continuously for electrical safety and ensure the highest level of compliance across the entire fleet\nCreate structured SOPs and establish a sustainable root-cause and postmortem process to specifically reduce recall costs\nCoach our 12-person technician team and close competence gaps through targeted mentoring and a dynamic skills matrix\nOrganize manufacturer training sessions (e.g., Eversys) and ensure visible, continuous educational progress\nYOUR PROFILE\nRecognized training in electronics or automation (e.g., Electronics Technician or Automation Engineer) combined with solid knowledge in refrigeration diagnostics (pressures, compressor behavior, typical fault patterns)\nSeveral years of professional experience in component-level fault diagnosis of electromechanical and electronic systems\nProven practical experience in writing SOPs and conducting structured root-cause analyses\nSolid understanding of electrical product safety (Low Voltage Directive, EMC basics) or a high willingness to acquire this knowledge with the support of our external safety consultant\nIndependent and responsible personality with excellent communication skills across all team levels\nGreat passion for both practical, hands-on work at the workbench and the precise drafting of technical standards\nFluent German and very good English skills\nMandatory: Valid Swiss driver's license (Category B)\nNon-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings.
