As a Full Stack Software Engineer (100%) in Zurich, you will be at the core of our operations, building systems that touch everything from warehouse automation to customer-facing smart fridges.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nTake vague problems from non-technical colleagues and turn them into shipped solutions across our backend, web apps, Android app, or physical devices.\nMaintain the warehouse and supplier web apps used daily for inbound processing, picking, labels, and inventory.\nDevelop our back-office internal tools, managing the backend and GraphQL API that run menus, deliveries, and customer sites.\nManage the critical service connecting our automated picking lanes to the broader system to ensure seamless warehouse operations.\nOversee the Android Point of Sale application running on hundreds of fridge devices and streamline the release process for the fleet.\nIntegrate card payments, TWINT, our ERP, and other external partner systems securely.\nDrive production health by managing logs, alerts, careful feature rollouts, rollback plans, upgrades, tests, and code cleanup.\nSplit complex features into manageable pieces and thoroughly review pull requests from other engineers.\nParticipate in the on-call rotation, debug live issues alongside the operations team, and occasionally visit the warehouse to test changes on-site with end-users.\nYOUR PROFILE\nProven production experience in at least one typed backend language (such as C#, Java, Kotlin, Go, or TypeScript) and one modern frontend framework.\nTrack record of successfully owning software in production, including on-call duties, debugging from logs, and resolving live issues while users wait.\nFamiliarity with or willingness to dive into C#, TypeScript, Android, and Kotlin.\nPrior exposure to hardware, IoT, edge devices, payments, logistics, retail operations, or Odoo environments is highly advantageous.\nDemonstrated ability to ship features in an unfamiliar tech stack and learn new systems at a rapid pace.\nStrong passion for collaborating directly with end-users, including warehouse and operations staff, rather than exclusively with other engineers.\nHigh degree of curiosity and a proactive mindset to take full ownership of problems from end to end.\nFluent English communication skills (written and spoken); knowledge of German or French is a plus.\nNon-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings.
