You will own how we plan, prioritize, and execute: running quarterly planning and OKRs, leading the weekly execution cadence, and coordinating high-impact programs that span several squads.\nIn this role, you will work directly with the VP of Consumer Payments and partner closely with product, engineering, design, and compliance leaders. You’ll see everything we are building and have the mandate to make the entire organization move faster and more predictably-including reinventing how we work by embedding AI directly into our operations.\nResponsibilities\n Own the Quarterly Planning Cycle: Lead OKR definitions, initiative alignment, prioritization inputs, key-date calendars (planning cycles, offsites), and final executive readouts.\nRun the Weekly Operating Cadence: Own consolidated metrics, status updates, and leadership review materials.
