This role is responsible for ensuring that Felix’s trading, settlement, and operating activities are optimally funded across fiat and digital currencies, maintaining and growing our banking relationships, supporting active credit facilities and building the internal controls and policies that underpin Felix’s internal treasury infrastructure.\nThis role reports directly to the Head of Finance and will work closely with our FX, Accounting and FinOps teams. This person will be Felix’s first dedicated treasury hire, which means significant ownership and the opportunity to build the function from the ground up. In the near term you are expected to hire and develop a Treasury Team as the function grows.\nResponsibilities\nCash & Liquidity ManagementOwn daily cash positioning across multiple currencies and entities\nMaintain liquidity forecasts and ensure Felix has adequate funding across corridors and operating accounts at all times\nOptimize cash deployment across operating accounts, reserve requirements, and short-term instruments\nReconcile settlement flows between payment rails, banking partners, and internal ledgers\n\nBanking RelationshipsManage and deepen relationships with Felix’s existing banking partners in the US\nLead the onboarding of new banking partners as Felix expands into new corridors or product lines\nNegotiate account terms, fee structures, and service agreements\nServe as the primary point of contact for bank compliance and KYC/AML requests from banking partners\n\nDebt & Credit FacilitiesSupport the Head of Finance in the structuring and negotiation of Felix’s current and future credit facilities\nOwn ongoing lender reporting, covenant compliance tracking, and draw/repayment mechanics\nMaintain relationships with debt providers and support future financing conversations as Felix scales its lending business\n\nInternal Controls & PoliciesDesign and implement treasury policies covering cash management, counterparty limits, and reserve requirements\nBuild controls and audit trails that satisfy internal requirements and support regulatory examinations\nPartner with Accounting, FX and Compliance to ensure treasury operations are properly documented and reconciled\nDevelop SOPs to support team scalability\n\nTeam & Cross-Functional PartnershipAct as a thought partner to the Head of Finance on liquidity strategy, banking infrastructure, and capital efficiency\nWork closely with the Accounting team on month-end reconciliations and cash flow reporting\nCollaborate with FX and Product on payment rail decisions and settlement optimization\nHire and onboard a Treasury Analyst in the near term\n\nRequirements\n6-9 years of progressive treasury experience, with at least a portion in fintech, payments, or financial services\nAI-forward mindset\nHands-on experience managing multi-currency treasury operations across multiple entities or corridors.
