This is a hands-on technical leadership role for a strong software engineer who loves building products and tools, not just operating infrastructure.\nYou will design and write the software behind our developer platform: integrations between open-source tools and our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), along with services, internal tools, and automation in Go, running on Kubernetes and GCP. You’ll treat developers as your customers, set the technical direction for your team, raise the engineering bar through code reviews and architectural guidance, and make sure the platform stays reliable, secure, and fast as we scale.\nIf you’re a strong software engineer with deep cloud-native experience and want to lead developers building a product that other developers love to use, this is your mission.\nResponsibilities\nProduct Ownership for Developers: Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for an internal developer product that makes engineers measurably more productive.
