If you’ve longed to operate across both design and product, but haven’t had the freedom to do so, read on.\nWhat you'll do\nPerform your own research to discover and propose new initiatives.\n\nDesign mockups and functioning prototypes with world-class visual polish.\n\nAdapt experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and our Chrome Extension.\n\nRegularly contribute to our design library of tokens, components, and patterns.\n\nLeverage coding tools to ship front-end improvements to production.\n\nOwn the roadmap, milestones, timelines, and issues for your team's work\n\nWhat you need\n7+ years experience designing software that spans many surfaces.\n\nComfortable leading without authority, owning your team's success.\n\nAbility to identify problems, distill feedback, and advocate for changes.\n\nMastery of visual design, layout composition, and information hierarchy.\n\nFamiliarity with code and experience creating production prototypes.\n\nEffective written and verbal communication skills as we're remote-first.\n\nWhat we offer\nAt Fellow, we care about those that make our mission possible.
