This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and delivery of Fenergo’s regulatory compliance programme within a global SaaS environment.\nYou will manage compliance activities including monitoring and interpreting applicable regulatory requirements and developments, assessing their applicability and impact on Fenergo’s technology and control environment, notifying relevant stakeholders of applicable changes, identifying gaps, and working cross-functionally to drive remediation, implementation and ongoing monitoring.\nThe role also has a strong customer-facing component, including supporting the review and negotiation of customer contracts, particularly privacy and data protection requirements and ensuring that commitments are aligned with Fenergo’s operating model and control environment.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong regulatory and data protection knowledge with practical operational experience, sound commercial judgement and the ability to independently manage a complex regulatory compliance programme and its associated priorities.\nPlease note that this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.\nYour Responsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day operation and delivery of Fenergo’s regulatory compliance programme, including priorities, actions, monitoring and reporting. \nMonitor, identify, analyse, and interpret regulatory requirements and developments, assess their applicability and impact on Fenergo’s operations, technology and control environment and notify relevant stakeholders of applicable changes. \nWork cross-functionally to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and processes, identify gaps and drive remediation through to completion. \nSupport the review and negotiation of customer contracts, particularly privacy, data protection, regulatory and operational requirements, and work directly with customers to agree practical positions aligned with Fenergo’s operating model. \nDevelop and maintain regulatory compliance guidance, contract playbooks, FAQs and other training materials. \nSupport customer due diligence and act as point of contact for regulatory compliance matters during customer audits. \nMaintain programme objectives, metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management. \nRequirements\nQualifications and Skills\nBachelor’s degree in law, business or a related field;
