与反射机制；具备良好的代码风格与工程规范，能熟练运用常用设计模式解决实际业务问题。\n\n- Rust ：熟悉 Rust 的所有权、生命周期、trait 与 async 运行时模型，清楚 unsafe 的适用边界，能在性能敏感 / 高可靠模块（如高频数据处理、协议解析、并发密集组件）中独立完成开发与调优；有实际 Rust 项目落地经验者优先。\n\n3、对新技术、新工具具备敏锐直觉与强烈好奇心，熟悉基于 AI 的开发流程（Prompt Engineering、AI 代码生成、AI 辅助调试），能熟练且深度地运用 AI 推动工程落地，并对 AI 产出代码具备审阅与把控能力。\n\n4、扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟悉 TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS、HTTP/2 等网络协议，具备分布式系统设计思维与并发安全意识。\n\n5、熟悉微服务架构与治理机制（服务注册发现、限流熔断、链路追踪）：Go 侧熟悉 Gin / Echo / Kratos / go-zero 等框架与 gRPC + Protobuf；Rust 侧了解 tokio、axum / actix-web、tonic、serde 者优先。\n\n6、熟悉常用编译构建工具及其原理，包括 Go Modules、Cargo（工作区与依赖管理）、Makefile 与 Docker 多阶段构建；了解 Bazel 或交叉编译者优先。\n\n7、前端能力：熟练掌握 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+），至少精通一种主流前端框架（Vue.js /
