This position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment, along with its systems, and related events. We are looking for candidates that have a background in robotics (preferably Autostore), mechanical, electrical and conveyor systems maintenance.\nSchedule:\n3rd Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00pm - 5:30am; overtime as needed.\nQualifications:\nEntry level role or 1 year of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role\nPrior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred\nHands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair and resolve maintenance issues\nBasic to intermediate computer skills\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy\nProven ability to work in a team-oriented environment\nStrong work ethic with demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and integrity\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on increasing efficiency and improving processes\nRegular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment\nCommitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements\nAbility to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands\nResponsibilities:\nConduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise\nPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothly\nMaintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards\nMaintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces\nSupport day-to-day facility needs, including associate moves, equipment/furniture setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance tasks\nCoordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services (landscaping, janitorial, waste removal, etc.)\nMaintain organized, clean, and safe work areas, including storage, warehouse, and maintenance spaces; properly maintain and store tools and equipment\nKeep accurate maintenance records and documentation for building systems and equipment\nIdentify, report, and address safety hazards, and follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements\nPerform other duties as assigned to support operational needs\n-\nPay Range:\n-\n$20.40 - $51.70-\nEstimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.\n-\nThis role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.\n-\nFerguson complies with all wage regulations.
