You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.\nSchedule\n3rd Shift Inbound Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, with a 11:00 PM\nPay and Benefits\n Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour\nHourly or Incentive Bonus\nPowered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)\n401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match\nPaid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and Wellness\nProduct Discounts, and more\nQualifications\nAbility to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands\nPrior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred \nExperience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred\nAbility to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)\nExperience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems\nRegular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment\nCommitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements\nResponsibilities\nSafely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures\nAccurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations\nPerform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems\nBuild, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity\nMaintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas\nCommunicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented work environment\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts\nAdhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall-protection equipment when required\nParticipate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management\nComply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\nPerform other duties as assigned to support operational needs\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
