An effective leadership approach will foster a positive culture and guide the branch towards growth and market leadership.\nPosition Details\nReports to theMarket Branch Manager\nDirect oversight of 2to 3associates\nThis position leads local operations of this location which includes a counter and warehouse.\nMarket Opportunity of $5-$8M\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCoordinate all aspects of branch operations, ensuring flawless execution of the 5 Daily Activities, P&L Management, sales growth, customer service and associate development:\nSuccessfully implement strategies to drive sales growth and manage profit & loss.\nCultivate positive relationships with customers, especially House Account customers, to guarantee high levels of satisfaction\nImplement company strategies at the local level to compete effectively in the market.\nManage and optimize pricing, inventory, and logistics to maintain an efficient work environment.\nLead, develop, and motivate all associates in the branch, encouraging a high-performance culture aligned with company values. Manage and lead all associates in their location (sales, operations, logistics associates) driving customer first focus, accountability, and a high-performance.\nLead a First in Safety Culture by adhering strictly to HSE policies and encouraged behaviors.\nQualifications\nmanagement/sales leadership aplus. Market development industry experience is prefeffered\nAbility to organize, prioritize, problem solve, deliver results, multi-task and effectively lead through stressful situations\nProven track record to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)\nP&L execution and the ability to posses strong financial competence\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
