Strengthen your community.\nAs Branch Supervisor, you'll guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. You'll work hands-on to connect strategy with action, encourage learning and growth, and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.\nPosition Details:\nSchedule | Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (8-hour shift).\nPay Range | $28.78 - $43.20/hr, based on experience.\nResponsibilities:\nManage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials\nSupport and grow a capable, engaged team\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors\nCarry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs\nOversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep things running efficiently\nPromote a safety-conscious work environment\nHelp team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities\nQualifications:\nExperience leading teams in sales and operations\nComfort with financials and using data to guide decisions\nA collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style\nA track record of building team trust and consistency\nClear, calm problem-solving-even when things move fast\nFamiliarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution\nInsight into the local market and what matters to your customers\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
