Experience: Typically 5+ years of hands-on DBA experience in enterprise-level, 24/7 production environments.\nCertifications: Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or relevant Microsoft SQL Server credentials.\nSoft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, excellent communication for cross-team collaboration, capability of balancing multiple priorities effectively and the ability to handle on-call support duties.\nHands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions is strongly preferred.\nBasic understanding of supply chain systems and their interaction with broader business processes.\nGeneral familiarity with automation infrastructure in distribution and logistics environments.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\n\nTechnical Skills Required: \nDatabase Engines: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database architecture.\nLanguages: Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL (SQL Server), and
